Paul advises clients in relation to commercial litigation, probate disputes, property disputes, insolvency and banking enforcement. He has acted as Administrator ad litem in various cases.
Paul originally practised as a barrister in both Ireland and in an off-shore location. He lectures and tutors in insolvency matters at the Law Society and is a member of the RII (Restructuring and Insolvency Ireland). He is also a CEDR Accredited Mediator.
